Terms & Booking Conditions

These terms explain how booking a private driver or private tour with Marrakesh Private Driver works. We've kept them short and clear. If anything is unclear, just ask us before you book.
1. Who we are
Marrakesh Private Driver is a private driver and private tour service based in Marrakesh, Morocco, run by Ismail. You can reach us by email at [email protected] or by phone and WhatsApp on +212 667-153030.
2. Our services
We provide private transport with a driver: airport and city transfers, day trips, hourly hire and multi-day journeys, including our signature tours and routes you design yourself. Every trip is private: you never share the vehicle with other travellers.
On request, we can also arrange services from trusted local partners, such as riads and hotels, desert camps, licensed local guides and activities. These partners provide those services directly, and their own conditions may apply. We'll tell you about them in your quote.
3. Enquiries, quotes and confirmation
- Sending a form, email or WhatsApp message is an enquiry, not a booking.
- We reply with a written quote for your route, dates and group. It states the price, what is included and, where applicable, any deposit and how and when to pay.
- Your booking is confirmed when you accept the quote and we confirm it back to you in writing (by email or WhatsApp).
4. Prices
Prices are on request and quoted per trip for your private vehicle and driver. The price in your confirmed quote is the price you pay for the services listed in it. Anything not listed, such as meals, entrance fees, tips or extra activities, is not included unless your quote says so.
5. Changes to your trip
You can ask to change your trip at any time, before or during your journey. We'll always try to adapt. If a change affects the route, the number of days or the services included, the price may change, and we'll agree any difference with you first.
6. Cancellation by you
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your pick-up time for our private driver and tour services.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up, and no-shows, may be charged as set out in your quote.
- Services from partners that we book for you, such as riads or desert camps, follow those partners' own cancellation terms. We'll tell you what they are before you confirm.
To cancel, message us by WhatsApp or email and we'll confirm the cancellation in writing.
7. Changes or cancellation by us
Occasionally we may need to change a route or timing for reasons outside our control, such as weather, snow on mountain passes, road closures or safety concerns. We'll suggest the best alternative. If we have to cancel a service and can't offer a suitable alternative, you'll get a refund for the services you didn't receive.
8. Pick-ups, flights and waiting time
For airport transfers, please share your flight number so we can follow your arrival time. For other pick-ups, please be ready at the agreed time and place. If you expect to be late, tell us as soon as you can.
9. Your responsibilities
- Carry valid passports and any travel documents you need.
- Tell us in advance about children (so we can arrange child seats), large luggage, mobility needs or anything else we should plan for.
- Wear seatbelts and follow the driver's safety instructions.
10. Safety on the road
Your safety comes first. Our driver may adapt the route, speed or schedule because of road, weather or traffic conditions. Driving times on our website are approximate.
11. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance covering your trip, including cancellation, medical expenses and personal belongings.
12. Responsibility
We take care to provide the services in your confirmed booking. We're not responsible for events outside our reasonable control, or for services provided directly by third parties. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
13. Questions and complaints
If something isn't right during your trip, please tell your driver or contact us straight away so we can try to fix it on the spot. You can also write to us afterwards at [email protected].
14. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco.
