What we collect
Information you give us
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we receive the details you type in: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), the service you're interested in, your start date and number of travellers (optional), and your itinerary or message. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive your contact details and anything you choose to share in that conversation, such as flight times, pick-up addresses or the names of travellers.
Information collected automatically
Like any website, our hosting provider records basic technical data when pages are requested, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the visit, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Analytics cookies, only if you agree
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. Only if you click "Accept" do we load Google Analytics, which uses cookies to tell us things like how many people visit, which pages they read, which country they're in and how they found us. We use this only to improve the website. If you click "Decline", Google Analytics is not loaded. We don't use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking messages for as long as needed to answer you and deliver your trip, and afterwards only as long as required for accounting or legal reasons, or to help you if you travel with us again. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

You can ask us at any time to:
- See the personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information, unless we must keep it by law
- Stop using it for a particular purpose
