You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your pick-up time. Services we book for you with partners, such as riads or desert camps, follow those partners' own cancellation terms, which we share before you confirm.

Of course. It's a private trip, so you can stop for photos, mint tea, lunch or anything that catches your eye.

Marrakesh to the Merzouga dunes takes about 9 hours without stops. We recommend splitting it over at least two days, as on The Slow Sahara, so you can enjoy the Atlas, the kasbahs and the gorges on the way.

Spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) are ideal for combining cities, mountains and desert. Summer is very hot inland, and winter brings cold nights and sometimes snow in the Atlas. Our travel guide explains each season.

Yes. You travel with a licensed driver in a private, air-conditioned vehicle.

Yes. Tell us your preferred language when you enquire, and we'll confirm your driver's language before you book. If we can't offer it, we'll tell you before anything is booked.

Yes, child seats can be arranged. Just tell us your children's ages when you enquire.

Yes. On request, we arrange accommodation, desert camps, licensed guides, cooking classes, hammams, camel rides and more through trusted local partners. You can also keep your own bookings and we'll drive around them.

Most riads are inside the old medina, along narrow lanes cars can't enter. Your driver takes you to the closest point a car can reach, and riad staff often meet you there to help with luggage.
