How your airport pick-up works

- Land and collect your bags. If your flight is early or delayed, your driver follows your arrival time.
- Meet your driver. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name and helps with your luggage.
- Arrive. Without traffic, the drive to the medina takes around 15 to 25 minutes.
Leaving Morocco? Your driver can also collect you from your riad or hotel and take you back to the airport, at a time agreed to suit your flight.
Staying in a riad in the medina?
Most riads are inside the old medina, along narrow lanes cars can't enter. Your driver takes you to the closest point a car can reach, and from there it's usually a short walk. Many riads send a member of staff to meet you and guide you through the lanes.
Tip from my riad years: message your riad before you fly to tell them your arrival time. They'll often send someone to the drop-off point to meet you and your driver. Ismail
